About Carole Nervig

About: Carole lived on the small Pacific island of Pohnpei while she was in the Peace Corps: 1969 - 1971, and then returned in 1990 - 1993. Never would she have guessed a brush fire would change her life. That brush fire exposed hundreds of previously unknown petroglyphs carved on gigantic boulders.

She provides evidence that Pohnpei is closely related to—yet predates—neighboring Nan Madol and shows how Pohnpei was an outpost of the sunken Kahnihmuesio, a city of the now-vanished civilization of Mu, or Lemuria.

She talks about one extraordinary experience that convinced her of the presence of a portal - doorway to a different dimension while scuba diving near the sunken city. It also motivated her to continue her research for the book. She now lives in Ecuador.
