With my five daughters this happened quite a bit between all of them. The oldest daughter(13yo) and the niece nearby(17yo) are so much in tune I swear they were a single soul with split personality in a past life as they can finish each other'sentences and when together are closer then siamese twins! Just wait until it happens between a young one and the family dog! Our wolf would come get &qu

Now that's some fiddlin' there!!! WOW!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the name! Got one here that plays the violin, one the clarinet, one that plays the Cello, and the fourth is wanting to play the Viola next year when she is old enough for the school orchestra. Still have one after that one so really don't know what she wants to play but if it is different from the above instruments I am going to thin

Well for a couple dollars you could go get a bottle of Apple Cidar Vinegar and put a spoonful in the animal's water or mix with water and spray on the skin and rub in. Fleas and ticks can't stand the acidity of the skin. Regards, Lobo-hotei lobo

If you know the location of these trojans, and the antivirus can't kill them out, you might try the GiPo@MoveOnBoot I mentioned above on this post. This allows you to set the program to delete the file/folder before your OS bootup on the next start up of your computer! Also download the startup monitor, also on that post, which will alert you to programs trying to attach themselves to your Sta

Adaware and Spybot are what I have and Spybot used to catch the most but since upgrading both, Spybot(1.3 updated 11-18-04) and Adaware SE(downloaded 11-18-04), Ad. SE has caught way more when set on full system scan! Along with the other freebies, Zone Alarm and AVG antivirus, I haven't had any problems except a couple but nephew brought those in by clicking on places that he shouldn't have w

Was wondering when someone would home in on this concept. Now the video games will help get the kiddos some exercise instead of sitting around all day" just playing games!" Just wait until they bring out the kung-fu games like this! Regards, Lobo-hotei lobo

Two hats, no new boots(last worn away after third re-sole), and no horse as I am living within city limits of college town at present! Moved up here 3 years ago and finally got to see what central A/c and heat was like! LOL Back home you either lived in the country or in the big city(pop. <13K). Regards, Lobo-hotei lobo

Hmmm. Perhaps a solar panel setup and windmill generator to allow storage of energy to run a generator in emergencies. Have thought about how they have the new radiant heat system that flows heated water through pipes laid in the flooring as a way to pass heat around the house. Just run a heat transfer system( a few pipes horizontally) between the fire pit and top of chimney to allow the heat

There ya go! Technology doesn't mean much if the electricity isn't on to run it. With those old style comforters people could ride out a few cold nights in relative comfort, at least until nature called and you had to touch the cold floors, brrrrr! Glad to see ya back in good shape up there! Regards, Lobo-hotei lobo

Nice pic. After reading the other postings I can tell I am definitely a NE Texan! My first thoughts were of the fish population and noticing the edges of the lily pads, the overhanging limbs, and the edge of the rocks as first placesro cast a lure! Regards, Lobo-hotei lobo

They tend to get riled up if you question them over validity of their actions. One asked me if they could search my truck. I said "Nope" and they looked like kids who got told no cookies before supper. Then they told me I would have to stay there until they got a warrant to search my vehicle and if I tried to leave they would arrest me, impound my truck, and search it anyways if I di

hehehehe ! My mind is kept like my bedroom as a kid.... I know it is in there but not sure where at exactly and if it is all together! Yep. The young lady was a former student and dedicated the book to Jessica Fletcher, I believe, and the book caused a big stink to the town folk when they believed the stories were factual about them. Thinking the murder in that episode happened in a basement

My first thought was of the TV series "Murder She Wrote" with Angela Lansbury playing Author Jessica Fletcher who solves murders. Well until the lil' woman pointed out that her town was name Cabbit Cove. I still think there was a town named Castle Cove nearby and mentioned in the series! The things you remember from having only one TV and no input on what to watch when younger!! ;-)

Yep. Police tend to be ok but you get those that think a badge on their chest and a gun on their hip makes them GOD. In which case whatever they want to do they will do. Had one such officer back home that would do that and actually trashed the interior of a guys truck under the pretense of looking for drugs. Destroyed things like speakers and never even apologised for it after no drugs were f

Well around here there have been a few authority figures(campus cops, actual cops, teachers) who preach about doing the right thing and buckling up in the car yet don't do this themselves. The police will pull them over or meet them at their cars(teen drivers and children being dropped off) and go about lecturing them about doing what the officers tell them to do and if these kids try to tell

Well both sides will use that number to there advantage as well. More kids with autism without vaccine would be used as "proof" for needing to get vaccines. More kids with autism with vaccines would be used as "proof" for not needing to get vaccines. The oft quoted "too many variables" crop up in many of these debates. It's true towards both sides. Why? There were some good, honest threads about firearms. Well, at least up to the point the teacher came back into the room and slammed the yardstick down on the table for being honest and interactive and everyone had to play "nice".

The firm is full of crap too. motion sensors can be triggered by light and bugs. The sensor registers a map of the area in question and any difference in that map would be registered as motion. Dust floating in the air then no. Headlights reflected off tv monitors or shiny surfaces then yes. Fly, moth, roach, on the camera cover(within 6 inches of camera lens and sensor) would block a good por
