"Maybe we should follow the money?" I don't get any impression that she's even worthy of investigation into her motivations, considering how poorly she explained her position. The use of people like Candice on this Joe Rogan interview as an example of the motivations of the counter argument to human caused climate change is like shooting at fish in a barrel. Too easy. Who's

"Its more likely it was from something else?" You keep making this political with right and left. That has nothing with this discussion. I've watched the full chest cam footage. I've learned about all the questions of what drugs he was on and what role they might have played. You keep focusing on the confusion about what actually caused him to die. If the knee had noth

"This info just came out today in testimony that Chauvin's knee was on Floyd's shoulder not his neck." I think your missing my point. The problem has always been the continued restraint during his point of loss of consciousness. Training directly contradicts this action. So why did he go against his training? Was there intent, which would be emotionally driven, or was it r

"Nothing in the autopsy supports the restraint used on him was dangerous or led to his death. " Nothing except the lack of transition into emergency care for full minutes during his unconsciousness. Its against the law to see someone mortally injured and not offer care. He didn't die on the scene, but you know how proximate cause works. If they set his decline towards death i

"Painting your house doesn't count." haha. I'd say ask the retired engineer Mike D, but he's at risk of losing faith in the value of these discussions now as a result of authority dogma ramping up to tantrum levels.

"This is termed resisting arrest" I've watched the entire event from start to his death unedited from the two police chest camera's as well as other footage. "Resisting" illicit's the idea of a non compliance out of combative criminal behavior, but its pretty clear his motivations were panic and fear based. He was almost begging them not to make his fear and panic worse

I'm hearing the opposite, and have been hearing this for a while now. Everyone wants to think the vaccine kills it, but it doesn't. It just reduces the symptoms to far more safe degrees, but you still carry it in your nose and can spread it. Not as drastically of course, because with reduced symptoms, you not coughing nearly as much so you not shooting it all over someones face as much, but t

"1. There are thousands." If so, that's one small check mark for the defense, although it doesn't address the clear and obvious lack of motion and presumed lack of consciousness GF exhibited, which then goes to your point, that he should have 'rendered aid'. "2. His toxicology results would flatline Keith Richards. " This will be interesting to find out about. The

"What is known is that the two men knew each other," Seems highly unlikely that they wouldn't have brought that up in the opening statements. How do you explain that? Its super material if true and it would drastically adjust the attitudes of the jury to be immediately introduced to that fact, so are you suggesting the lawyers simply forgot to mention that? Might need to thin

I think the combination of the optics of this case in the eyes of the black community, the fact there is constant police chest camera footage of every second of the event, and the seeming totally unnecessary need for the knee for that long will make it hard for Chauvin to get less than manslaughter, imo.

This video is an unedited chest cam from one of the cops that restrained him that basically show's everything. Some surprising things about it that go against the mainstream narrative, but it still doesn't shed any light on why the cop kept his knee on George well past his consciousness.

Opening statements today. Here is the Defense's opening statement: From my perspective it sounds like to have any success in their defense, they have to aim to prove the following: 1. That there are countless examples of over 10 minutes of this particular restraint technique that didn't result in death, and it is therefore totally normal to restrain someone in this way for this amoun

"So, NY's death rate was so high because of Trump" Doesn't the death rate simply follow the population center density? Isn't it just worse the more packed together people are?

"Lefties are afraid of guns. So the 5% are a much bigger problem than the 34%." I tried that argument a long time ago and alot of you Americans corrected me about that making the point that gun ownership is pretty evenly distributed. (I'll assume slightly biased to the right, but apparently not significantly enough to make a 'mic drop' argument).

"An upward and downward movement. I am not a big fan of earth-crust displacement theory." Its an interesting theory. There are parallels with the 'expanding earth' theory, which intrigues me. Although both expanding earth as well as your theory acknowledges that there are earth crustal movements that 'manifests as an earthquake near the fault lines.' And I suspect we might both

"Giving that it takes up to two weeks for an exposure to result in symptomatology..." That is solid logic, and pretty easy to comprehend adequatedane. Getting caught in falling for click bait is pretty embarrassing. Not sure how you can get past this point. Not very critical thinking there. What will your team do to escape this devastating blow to your credibility?

"I think that you have definitely found an artificial site and I do think that it is Atlantis. " Do your calculations presume that the sinking of this site did not experience any lateral shift during that subsidence, and it remains exactly in the same spot but far under the water now directly below its original position?

"I am wondering in the old times before the Arabs when the entire pyramid was still covered with the layer of Tura limestone" What about since it originally had a retaining wall around it up to the height of that entrance, if it was filled with water, perhaps that bottom seam from the swinging flap was concealed beneath the water.

"This could affect any residual geomagnetic properties of the individual rocks " The magnetic signature would also be an interesting analysis. It should be obvious that each rock in a seemingly 'softened' polygonal wall should have unique and distinctly different magnetic signatures based on the polar magnetic direction from when the rock was originally formed, (presuming igneous),

"How about electrical bonding?" I had at one point considered the subtle addition of strength of those links being seemingly too flimsy to perform any function, unless its just that extra bit of cohesive strength that is mostly performed by the tight fit of the blocks, and that link is just an extra little bond to keep the wall from separating. Kind of like a functional extra streng

In the 'soft stone' line of thinking, it would make sense they were simply 'pressed in' considering so many other softened appearances to the work. Just looking at images isn't conc
