It's the uneducated, poor, left that you refer to. You know the type... the ones that believe that Obama is going to pay their mortgage and scratch ticket bills...the ones that vote democrat all of the time....the ones that will ultimately get screwed the most by those they've voted in..... Oh, those wacky liberals!

Pete, Thank you for taking your time to post that timeline. I shall save that for future reference. Plain and simple, Iraq violated terms of the ceasefire from Gulf War 1. The UN resolutions did nothing to enforce Hussein to comply with the conditions of the ceasefire. By the way, why are people saying that he didn't have ties to terrorism? Wasn't he funding Palestinian suicide bombers?

I believe that her daughter's pregnancy IS in line with family values. Obviously, no one wants to have their teenage children involved in a pregnancy, but once it happens, there are few choices. It would sit better with the conservative base to have the child OVER abortion. Furthermore, why isn't the press laboring the fact that Obama was born to an 18 year old mother? Shouldn't that be as re

As long as Biden doesn't choke on some plagiarized work prior to 'eating' Sarah at the debate. Then again, he may make some reference to Indians working at 7-11 or Dunkin' Donuts again. Oh to think of the possibilities of the Obama Bin Biden campaign!

It is a volunteer armed services. It is not a draft. Rangell's bill would have been appropriate during Viet Nam and prior, but not today. But the fact of the matter is the democrats were the ones sponsoring a draft bill, not Bush, not the republicans. As a matter of fact, the only two people who voted yes on the bill were democrats.

A comment about the draft. I find it interesting that people suspect that Bush will re-institute the draft. Another poster pointed out that it would be a congressional act and not an executive act. Furthermore, a representative DID author a bill recently advocating the reinstitution of a draft. Venture a guess on who is was? Charles Rangel - Democrat. It failed to garner enough votes to pas

What I've found interesting, and disturbing, is that on talk shows that discuss this method to get him to give up the goods, the people who call in and advocate torturing him are the same people who are pro-war. The irony is that these same people believe that th

I guess good and bad are relative. Some would argue that manufacturing jobs are not that good. FWIW, we've lost tons of jobs prior to 2002. The entire textile and shoe industries left at the turn of the century. They're replaced by other jobs.
