There's no question that everything is a miracle.

But my boy scout training teaches me not to rely on the occurance of specific miracles.

So long as the trend in science and politics is for people to do less of their own thinking, so long as schools fail to teach critical analysis, or much of anything then we are headed in a direction with possibly serious consequences. As we are gaining power we are losing the ability to control it or understand it. We are reacting more than acting. People actually seem to be getting more superstitious and less capable of independent thought.

I fear though, that I'm getting farther from the subject (zep tepi as it applies to the Christmas Code) even as the human race gets farther from rationality.
