SC: No - this is NOT how I interpret this text and I certainly do not believe that it "... had really fallen from the heavens..."
What I have said and have always maintained, is that such a plan/codex “from the heavens†could simply be a plan/codex based upon the Orion Belt stars that are in the heavens - thus the plan could be said to have come from the heavens. That's my view regarding this passage.
