I am suggesting that the pyramids are exactly the size they are supposed to be. Each side could be showing us something different. I think it is rather unsubstantiated that they were supposed to be perfectly square. With four sides showing us something different on all three pyramids that is 64 things (4 x 4 x 4) they could be encoding.
