> I bow to Fantasy Land ...
Now Don, it is not fantasy land. You have merely hoisted yourself by your own petard.
Where are you going with all this anyway?
You told Gary a week or two ago that this new recovery vaults theory was nonsense and not worthy of discussion. Now you've spent two weeks discussing it.
You told me that you don't believe -at all - in the OCT. Yet here you are arguing with Scott over minor points of the OCT. What should that matter to you if you don't believe in it at all? It's like an atheist arguing whether the Holy Ghost is a separate being from God. It doesn't matter because you don't believe in it, therefore you are simply arguing for the sake of it.
Now, if you have your own theory then for goodness sake attend to that -in your own space and time. Go away and put it all in a book. That's what Gary and Scott has done, and that's what makes sense of all these threads over all these years.
Lock yourself away in "purdah" to allow you to gather your ideas together and ignore the things you clearly don't believe and never will believe. Then when you're ready come back and tell us what you do believe, as a mature formulated theory... not as a constant sideshow on someone elses author of the month board.
