Firstly, Lehner's values of G3 are not truths worthy and no serious researcher uses then over Petrie's data.
Secondly. Your presentation does not depend on what Lehner measured , correctly or not. It is supposed to represent simple steps the planners would have followed to come up with the blueprint. So if as you say the G3 base was not planned to be square, then you have to explain, why was it not planned square, and what was the rectangle base ratio chosen to be and why.
I don't see this info in your presentation. So how can anybody check to see if you are presenting works or not.
