I think the point is that the evolutionary waves in principle have the same nature whether it is about biological evolution or historical. They just have different activation dates and frequencies. This is simply based on the nine levels of creation that we know of from certain Mayan sites and are called by them Plumed Serpents. Most people need to see this empirical evidence in full to see that it is true, but this requires more studies.
