Ray,
For a claimed PhD scientific academic you sure seem reluctant to read, research, analyse but rather seem to prefer to be spoon fed?
The very point is Mr M Sweatman's claim that he is not speculating, nor is he in blue sky. He is claiming absolute statistical certainty for his NONSENSE.
