Well, it's 30th June, and I've just finished replying to the latest batch of posts. I suppose it's probably time for me to say goodbye and make room for the next AoM. I've had a lot of fun over the past month, interacting with people who were all so different from each other. I'm delighted there were so many questions. I tried to keep up with them all, but I probably missed a few, so I do apologise if anyone is frustrated that I didn't respond to a particular thread.
If you want to keep an eye on what I'm doing, I'm very active on YouTube as a vlogger, speaking about the kinds of topics we've been discussing: [www.youtube.com]
My book, I, Universe, is the culmination of a decade's work in the wake of a painful de-conversion from mainstream religion. In the introduction, I describe the book as "a love letter to the person I used to be, someone whose anxieties and sorrows are undoubtedly mirrored in the experiences of others – perhaps you."
To pique your curiosity, here's the table of contents:
Introduction
Part 1: Reality Check
Born to be Brainwashed
The Land of Confusion
The Bogeyman for Adults
Seven Deadly Schemes
Paradigm Swing
Reason Versus Revelation
History in Hiding

Part 2: Deep Dive
Forever Forward
When Two “Truths” Go to War

There's a special perk for I, Universe readers on my personal site - [www.darrylsloan.com] - called "Inner Sanctum". It's a password-protected section, which gives access to bonus videos & monthly Q&As. The password is: page 123, line 5, word 1. So if any of you have invested in the book, please check this out.
Thanks for your interest. Wishing you all the very best!
