Well going for the square to circle conversion:
C/4 /sqrt2 / 10 * 9 = R

C= Circumference
4= sides of square
sqrt2= ratio of diagonal to square(this is the diameter as diagonal vs. side length in the Papyrus)
10/9= conversion of diameter as diagonal length to side length.
In the papyrus they subtracted 1/9 for side length. I added 1/9 for the diagonal.

You could also divide by 8 multiply by sqrt2 and then divide by 10/9 about the same in a roundabout way.
