Somewhere between the right side of your letters on the keyboard and the numeric pad are two buttons. One is "Home" the other "End".
Home = top of page(it jumps completely to top)
End = Bottom of page(it jumps completely to bottom)
The page up/down buttons just jump one screen length up/down.
That might help out.
