The descrption that you add to the picture on photobucket wont appear on the boards. Only the picture. the description is only for those who you invite to view the album within photobucket itself.
You have to add the description of the photo within the post on GHMB yourself. To do this, you just type normally around the picture link. Some people add descriptions to their images using a photo editor package, or powerpoint, or such thing, and then save it, and upload to their image hosting site.
