Yours is an egalitarian belief. A myth. Wishful thinking. The spiritual world, the metaphysical world is a heirarchy from top to bottom. All are all loved but all are not equal, anymore than a Mozart is equal to a moron, or a Jeus is equal to serial killer. Not equal in knowledge, effort, attainment, talent--not equal in anything. The spiritual world is a meritocracy, administered by karma--to each according to their desire, their effort, their longing. That's where that seraphim, cherabim, aeon, gods, etc. stuff comes from...
Every being has the potential to be at the top, to be God-conscious, and therefore One with the All, but some make it a whole lot quicker than others. Some will have billions of incarnations in countless planes because frankly that's what they desire and therefore what they deserve. Others will not even need to descend into matter--ever.
And a good day to you.
