A certain man went to the doctor to complain about his wife's hearing.
Said he didn't know how to tell her she needed to see him for help.
Doctor asked how bad was it really, and the man said she couldn't hear anything he said to her.
Well, the doctor said there was an easy way to prove to her that she needed help. When he got home he was to go to the farthest room in the house from her and say something to her. Then closer, and closer 'til she can hear you.
So the man gets home and his wife is in the kitchen. Perfect.
He goes to the back bedroom and says "Helen! What's for dinner?"
Not a sound, so he moves half way to the kitchen and says "Helen, what's for dinner?"
So finally he goes to the door of the kitchen and says "Helen! What's for dinner?"
Helen turns to him and says "For the third time, steak and potatoes!"
Is there a thing of which it is said, "See, this is new?"It has been already, in the ages before us. Ecc 1: 9-10
