So, you think that when “the source” of a virus is another human it means that the human manufactured the virus rather than being infected by and acting as a carrier of the virus.

Some viruses have an affinity for human tissue while others primarily infect other animals. Both humans and animals can act to modify viruses but that is only as the site of their proliferation, replication and inevitable mutations.

Neither can create a virus out of whole cloth.
