Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth disagree with you about the WTC 7 being brought down that way. In their video where they present Ron Insana’s quote, they also point out the obvious - that you can’t demolish a building in a day! Also, Ron Insana is a financial reporter, and even if he was speaking intentionally, he was speaking out of his area of expertise. Is it more likely that he simply misspoke, or that he was just casually speaking about something that was common knowledge from the morning of 9/11 (like 9/11 Truth movement people are claiming)? Or, maybe Insana himself is a 9/11 Truther, I don’t know.
I don’t think this is the bombshell that 9/11 Truth Movement people want it to be. You can’t have the controlled demolition of WTC 7 be common knowledge on the one hand, while on the other hand have it be this deep dark secret, that people have died to protect.
Metabunk does a better job of debunking this claim than I can:
Also, you never answered my question about where you heard the idea that WTC 7 was brought down by fires in the basement.
I’m still waiting on that one.
