What does the word ogopogo mean?

Given the slinky look of the beast, it seems a perfectly fitting name. They should change the lock ness' name to lookie nookie.

Also, the description of the ogopogo lake as having high cliffs makes me wonder if the environment is similar to the loch ness' home. Isn't that lake some kind of land locked lake with cliffs all around.
