Earlier I suggested the 98% of our DNA that is silent (non-coding) is essential for our long-term survival. That changing environmental conditions has meant our species needed to source ancient DNA that was better able to survive and adapt.

Likewise we note; planet earth seems to recover remarkably quickly from the occasional catastrophes. The Younger Dryas was 12,800 to 11,500 years ago which is only a blink of the eye in evolutionary term. Thankfully though millions of extremely complex and fragile species have quickly appeared to replace the ones that were wiped out. How was this possible when the Darwinian process of evolution by way of natural selection demands eons?

Our model claims earth is part of a cosmic family. Quoting from what I posted earlier in this thread:

Is it possible that the extremely rapid recovery from the Younger Dryas was made possible by a cosmic genetic code? That life on earth, devastated by a huge meteorite impact 12,800 years ago, was able to quickly recover by accessing biological information from throughout the universe?
