Hi Glass Jigsaw,
Trafalgar Travel really have a marvellous tour of Peru which is quite affordable and features visits to most of the incredible sites.
The accommodation was quite good when we went and in August 2014 on my birthday we were staying at the fabulous Libertador Hotel in Puno on the shores of Lake Titicaca eating a 5 star breakfast overlooking the lake when I spoted a Peruvian style UFO diving and skimming over the lake, I only had to point and say look at that and a hundred people gathered along the windows, my wife didn't believe it was a UFO at first but the very object soon appeared on Peruvian UFO sites in coming days and that same morning the tour visited the Uros tribes on floating islands that they had constructed from reeds.
