There are new indicators on the surface of the planet that seem to show devices that are guided from below the surface of the oceans. The device is like a drone that interfaces not unlike a cursor on our computer screen. It leaves a message in crop areas that irradiates the plant and causes it to decrease and later lay down. We could be seeing this from our own ships or they may be UFOs. Who can really tell.
