I like the way you keep on trying to shift the subject away from the issue. I don't doubt that De Vere is being quoted correctly. The article may express opinions about the reptilian blood type but that is different to quoting someone direct and "Dagobert's Revenge" magazine is very well known in esoteric circles and doesn't have a reputation for lying about people say, which is what you are alleging, a pretty serious charge and you should at least be prepared to back up that allegation if you are going to continue with it! Pointing out opinions you disagree with in the essay is not enough to prove that author is lying.
You emotively write, "quotes de Vere saying "yes, I'm a bloodsucker". I don't think he's saying that in that context. He's actually being more scientific, giving detailed reasons for justifying his activity. From what I can see, nothing illegal is happening either.
