Hi Milo,
Not sure if "can't see the wood for the trees" is the one
I was looking for.
In French we say that the tree can hide the forest.
What I ment is by focusing on a tree you may miss the forest.
By chosing to focuse on the bad (articles you saw in Dagobert Revenge and the like) you may miss the good........
It happened to me with David Icke books. I chose to keep only
the good stuff and believe me it is well worth it and make it
for the bad.
There is also something to bear in mind while reading article
of this site or other esoteric sites. They are always to be understood
on several levels. Blood is a symbol as well as the blood in your veins.
Beware to take everything literally that is also what I mean by you
may miss the forest. You see the Truth is right in front of your nose
everywhere to be seen and inside you. But without the clues you
will end up taking things literally and miss the forest. They did that
with the Bible, the legends, the archeology, everything.....
The clues are to be gained and earned by a spiritual transformation
of oneself where the intellect and ego have no place. Each time
the ego (talking of myself) comes back it just delay further understanding.
Just my experience. We are all guided, all watched and the only way not to suffer in this life is to accept to yield. Women are trained to do that
and sometimes yield to much to their detriment on the physical plane. Men are trained to control and it is harder for them to yield. Some men more atune with their feminine side understand that very well. For some others it is more difficult or the process is longer and harder. I speak in general and don't assume this speech is directed at you in particular but at men and women in general.
Note : I don't believe in meditation because it is a thing of the intellect
I believe in comtemplation because it is a process of the Spirit
that is why you will hear people tell you that they have meditated for 30 years and never got this buzz in the head they long for while people
who have never meditated but have a contemplative nature get the
buzz without looking for it.
The best way to obtain something is to let go. Let it be like the Beathes said. All that from my own experience. I hate sounding like a teacher but I guess I got carried away. Hope you won't mind -:)
Just my opinion.
in Faith,
Claude
