Hi Magdalen,
I've been givining your post more careful consideration and I have to agree with you and the possibility that inside these Orders and Royal circles, there may be some guardians of the 'spiritual message', waiting in the wings for the right time to spread the 'spiritual message' and this idea may not be in discord with the Bible either, for reasons I could go into.
These individuals, if they exist in these secret socieites, would have to be extremely courageous individuals. Their revelations will infuriate to infinity many of their "Brothers" that are misusing and abusing the knowledge.
I think it behoves us, that value spiritual freedom, not to judge all members of secret socieities or even those in Royal circles, as being rotten. Like you said, you never know! But I also believe that it behoves us to show that we are ready to receive such knowledge and to share what we already know with others and that includes, in metaphorical terms, what Dorothy saw behind the curtain - the revelation that the Wizards who govern us aren't what they make themselves out to be - as if it isn't obvious, but then, many people still don't see it!
sincerely
Rob
