My fault actually. I tend to write in generalities as if to convey a complete all-encompassing concept rather than a specific opinion. This tends to increase the scope of my subject matter - usually where I don't want it to go! I need to start using words like: "certain", "specific", etc...

That's unfortunate, IMO, you have a complete theme and a lot of research background. I don't write myself for the reason that I don't have the technical writing skills to convey ideas clearly enough. lol I'd spend one year writing it and ten years editing it for clarity!
