Hi Alatariel,
Welcome to the forum!
I have to disgree with you though that Freemasonry is not connected with Lucifer. Two of the most prominent Freemasons have confirmed this. I don't equate Lucifer technically with Satan though. The latin word is only mentioned in the Bible once and that is in reference to a Babylonian king. Osiris and all his sons and their sons were also known as "light bearers", including Horus. The obleisk, of course, is the phallus of Osiris and represents on one level the divine right to rule and that is why the obelisk is such an impotant symbol in Freemasonry and why Freemasons commisioned the Washington Monument, the famous obelisk that stands before the White House in Washington DC.
As for Christ being married there is scant eveidence for this. The only serious authority for the claim is to be found in two of the Gnostic Gospels and these references are highly questionable. The idea of Jesus having offspring negates the whole purpose for his mssion, which was partly to bring news that the renewal of the world would have to proceed, not from some worldly institution but solely from the spirit, which is quite contrary to the idea of a Holy Bloodline, which is only interested in worldly power and control.
As for Christ being an ordinary man that is not in line with what the scriptures say but I guess we have free will to believe whatever we want to believe.
I will agree with you though that Jesus' teachings have very little to do with organised religion!
regards
Rob
