> Mary Magdalen was said to have been the Bride of Christ. Many
> of the Gnostic Gospels (revered early on in the Christian
> Church and later thrown out of the cannon) portray Mary
> Magdalen as Christ's Most Beloved Disciple, reporting that
> Jesus often kissed her on the mouth and called her "Woman Who
> Knows All."
Please can you provide me of the details of where it says in the Gnostic gospels that Jesus was married?
David provided passages from the gospels of Philip and Mary but as I showed, these passages do not show that Jesus was married. If anything, the passage from the Gospel of Philip that David quoted appears to contradict the possibilty because the disciples were surprised that Jesus were showing affection towards her. When the disciples questioned Jesus about this, he said he showed her affection because she had knowledge. He didn't reply that he was married to Mary.
Also "cohort" does not mean "wife".
All I'm asking for is some historical evidence that Jesus was married and so far I haven't seen any.
