One of Dad's concrete contractors made his decisions leading him to millions by just sitting in the back of his car while his wife drove him around Wichita, Kansas where my family lived. An uneducated man, he called it his "meditatin'". When I told him that he was really an accomplished Yogi, he said, "Not me. I don't hold to no prophesyin'!"
I knew a beautiful lady in Wichita who could grasp the spiniest cactus, squeeze her hand tightly around it while talking to it gently, and coming away with not even one tiny pricking. I saw her do other wondrous things, also.
You're right, Rob. There are not too many accomplished spiritual saints in India. They're humans just like the rest of us, who see no farther than their noses. But that doesn't rule out the fact that all major religions have their origins in India. Perhaps things were different and more favorable for them in the past.
