As the God I believe in is not at all like the one you don't believe in, the sin bit is not relevant to me. But I will just say that those religious ideas are no more bizarre than thinking the whole universe came about by chance and chance still works so wonderfully in making living bodies and plants and the whole Eco system and it is so darn complicated but still works wonderfully. Fat chance that it all came from chance and keeps working by chance.
