Hello Naveen. I too have something to add here about AIM and SHOOT. I am not talking about weapons and such. I am saying that PURPOSE and MOTIVATION are the sling and arrow to our lives. The sling is purpose; a reason to live as best as one can. Next, the arrow is the motivation, all of those actions taken to aim at a Success factor in our living status. My status is a low purpose; I work but I don't create anything more than THOUGHTS about things in an inspired way. Everyday there is inspiration and, thus, a story to tell.
My story is cool water. By this I mean that too much thinking is near the hot sweaty level. I choose to be quiet, meditate as much as I can devote myself to it. I do it "on the fly" while living and moving about.
Postures are not a NATURAL way to get inspiration. Working, playing and concentration on communication are the NATURAL PATH. Some of the transcendentalist people of the 19th century had the system to immigrate to the wild country of trees, rocks and wind. That was long before modern cities grew so large that few places exist to enjoy the WILD nature of things.
Now we have to thrive in the "concrete jungle" in order to realize purpose, yearning and practice of those things that we hope to define us in our own categories of value. Sorry. That is the options available today, with little greenery to uphold our status as beings living in Nature.
Even so, it is a good day when ANY INSPIRATION reveals itself. That is my utmost agenda of BEING. Without inspiration there is only rigorous work to define our lives. For me, that is not enough!!
So, the wild side is more fruitful than the logical meandering through the EVIDENT reality of society in every kind of concrete building. That's right; I learned that a church is not the building they meet in, but the very essence of life and living in an overcrowded city of buildings and other enclaves of citizens.
It is ALWAYS the spirit of a people that endears Itself to a holistic version of it's inhabitants. There is a way that no concrete can contain. It is the people that abides in the status of Value and Purpose.

You should dissolve all discrimination of individuality and absorb all things into a harmonious oneness.
The virtue of a highly evolved being embraces all people and things and dispels the darkness which isolates them.
