For example, homosexuality is not wicked or cruel. However, some religious folks consider it to be sinful.
Love is never wicked.

Ergo, the two are mutually exclusive.

Also, a criminal is a person who perpetrates a criminal act and rape is a criminal act (irrespective of whether or not the rapist is later convicted of the crime, they have still perpetrated a crime by transgressing the law.)
