I say that because it is true!! There is of course the proviso that one just might turn up one day, but with the total lack of any objective evidence to that effect, i.e. of any God thinking people are ‘sinning’, which is an idea thought up by Christians as far as I know, the idea will gradually, but oh so slowly, become a thing of the past. I do not know if the word sin appears before the Christian era with similarly religious overtones, but the chances diminish by the day.

I think I agree with the rest of your post. Paedophilia is most decidedly a crime. In olden times, such a person might just have hesitated before committing the crime because he risked being sent to hell, but that no longer applies. It is right and proper that hell is no longer believed in, but there is no known ideal solution for stopping them.

That’s a tricky one. The fact is that the human species has survived because some take command, others follow and there again, there is an enormous range of personalities from the very weakest to the very strongest and since the species has very successfully survived with them, it is stil necessary to have a range of personalities for our survival.
