Warwick – can I suggest you contact some engineering firm and ask if they can supply you with a piece of metal tube with a diameter of 8 microns. Most likely they will not be familiar with that measurement as I do not believe it is possible to manufacture metal tubing of that dimension. So when you tell them 8 microns is one fifth the diameter of a human hair they will likely hang up on you. However if you are lucky to come across even a few mill on 8 micron diameter metal tubing then please go to the Red Cross and ask them for some blood. Next go to a hydraulics engineer and ask them if they can set up a system for pumping the blood through your 8 micron diameter metal tube.
Tell them it should be easy to pump it through just a few mill of metal tube because your heart can pump blood through 128,000 kilometres of tube pipe with this remarkably fine diameter of only 8 microns.
When you have successfully demonstrated how it works, and you know a lot more about hydraulic systems than is currently the case, then please get back to me.
