Oh, I see now. Very interesting and very interesting link. I believe there's a great deal to it. Consciousness is the driving force of all individual life forms but I believe all life and all consciousness is individual. However, this won't necessarily prevent reality from coming into some sort of synchronicity with it.
Think of it this way. It's true that all of reality is a manifestation of a natural logic and all things are wholly and utterly interconnected. But just how much force can a far distant star in a far distant galaxy impart on the tides of the earth? The net effect would be a few water molecules being a little closer to where the star was in the far distant past. But the star does still affect us here in the here and now. What changes happened to the star are reflected now and will affect the shapes of the clouds of the clouds in a few years and soon enough our planet will be a completely different place because of something that happened to a distant star billions of years ago.
I believe that we can not possibly understand the nature of reality until we understand the nature of consciousness and we can never understand how the tides affect the specific shapes of clouds or the price of tea in China.
Modern man has reduced reality to something that can be studied in the lab for so many centuries that we completely forget that nature is a whole thing and wholly connected. Our metaphysics and applied sciences are stuck in the 1840's and our cosmology in the 1920's. Egyptology is mired in the 1880's. It appeared chaos theory might lift the sciences out of their ruts but instead scientists chose to ignore it.

Man fears the pyramid, time fears man.
