Why are "Inca Doorways" built into 1000+ year old monasteries.. IN IRELAND?

NO-ONE is talking about this, so far as I am aware. Something which really amazed me about travelling in Ireland is that huge tracts of the ancient history and archaeology look just like archaeological goods from America. Jewellery, various churches have Inca Doorways, both Inca and Irish built round towers. The Irish even call their churches 'Temples' in their Gaelic language. Even old pyramids (tombs) reminded me of Latin America!

Ireland is PACKED with stone ruins. The whole country is WAY depopulated compared to how it used to be even thousands of years ago, not just relative to the Irish potato famine, when the population used to be double.

As I point out in this video, I have noticed that churches seem to have a variety of doorways, very simple ones, just rectangular, 'Incan' ones with stone blocks on the sides and the Inca 'Earthquake Angle', as well as recess, just as seen in Cuzco, Peru! There are also both Romanesque and Gothic doorways, both dating from the Middle Ages, as I point out. The INCA doorways apper to be from the Irish DARK AGE, which was actually their GOLDEN AGE.

What's going on!?

Is this because Ireland is the HOME of the Viracocha (redheads?) OR did Irish monks simply travel to Peru? I am inclined to believe both, but in this case, the latter, simply because the Irish do not seem to have possessed the same level of workmanship as seen in Peru. Also, the Peruvians have a far older tradition which relates to Old Kingdom Egypt of 2600 BC!

Maybe the ultimate answer is that the world is not really that big? We had voyages from Ireland under people such as Saint Brendan, well before Colombus. Colombus is famous because he found America in the same year as the first printed books appeared. He was a media personality. But there was contact long before! Such as under men like Brendan the Navigator!

There is also a possibility, which I didn't raise in this video, that the Irish are copying EGYPTIAN doorways! They are after all copying the Lighthouse of Alexandria in their round towers!

Though I agree with the type of doorways looking the same, I think you must realise that a standard of building would be worldwide. A lintel over an opening will always be strong to hold the weight above....arches do the same by pushing the force from above along down the sides..you make them strong to last.
For a country like Ireland that has much rainfall a steep roof design will always be copied and doorways would be the same with deep recesses for wooden doors to secure the buildings, these days doors are usually butted to the wall flush, back in the days of waring people, if you can make it difficult to open doors the better chance of staying alive because you can't lever a door open if you can't get to the edges....

Post and lintel openings are as basic as they come, used everywhere.

This isn't proof that there was an incan and Ireland connection. From enginnering point of view this is the easiest way to build a doorway. We most look alot closer to Ireland where they might have adopted there ideas for example England's Stonehenge and Irish portal dolmans minor alternation over time is the best conclusion. Monasteries in Ireland did incorporate earlier pegan sites of which the pagan Irish did worship the Sun would explain the alterations. Ecpansion over time as more converted. But this has been common practice among all religions. Many early churchs were built on top of Mitra sites, Dome of the Rock is built on top of the Temple mound. The victorious write history, Christianity beat the pagans and converted there sites. Monastic life unlike, the early christian churchs originated in Egypt and Syria. Spread across north Africa to the south of France and into Ireland. The round tower might have been influenced slightly by the obilisk but not completely. If you for instance look at the diriction of the windows they are astronomically orientated, as were the churchs doors and the pagan sites before them. Eg Newgrange. For the American connection the Irish never made contact with Peru, its on the Pacific ocean side of South America, Come On. The Irish did discover america but your looking at the wrong place. St.Brendan the navigator went on a famous journey and found paradise and came back to Ireland and built a church at Clonfert. Its a legend from the 5th century and later inspired the vikings who had attacked monastic sites in ireland to go find it. They recorded in the Icelandic sagas that they discovered an irish monastary on iceland when they arrived. They even say they followed brendans journey word for word. Brendans journey's has places very similar to iceland (island of fire) Greenland (island of Ice) and east coast of america (paradise of meadows). The Duhare a tribe living around the Carolines (both north and south and along the Etowah river. They were discribed by Spanish sailors in 1500's as being Caucasian, fair haired, blue eyed and drew blue circles on their belly, exact same discription of Celtic Irish. Recent linguistic scolership by native american scolars have claim there langauge was Irish. They assimilated with the Creek Tribe becoming the Cherokee tribe. They gave america lacross very much like Irish hurling. Sites of standing stones along the Etowah have artwork that is only similar in still to west atlantic art only found in Kerry, Ireland where brendan left from. In 1847 the Choctaw tribe (neigbours of the Cherokee) gave Ireland 1.5 million dollers to the Irish famine relief cause. Stories at the time reported that they felt the irish struggle reflected their bad times with the Trail of Tears. In 1950's Irish scholars visited the tribes of the Choctaw and were told by elders that the reason money was given, was that a long long time ago people came from a far away Island and settled along the Etowah basin. They showed the americans how to farm deer and make cheese from their milk, a think by archaeological evidence Ireland had been doing for 1000 years before native americans. They assimalted with each other and became one, and they belived them to have come from Ireland hence the gift of money. These are also the regions many Irish people emigrated to even long before the famine (Irish Holocaust). For instance Lynchberg Virignia named after Charles Lynch a Galway native and on of the leaders in his state in the American War of Independence. Theirs not lost societies only the miss conception that globalisation can only be a modern phenomenon.

YES, the door at 14:01, this is the connection right here! Those are the same types of building styles, probably from the "same" culture as found in Peru (and obviously other places as well!). I'll give you a thumbs up on that, you seem to be very keen on those. ha
