All these things you mention is because we are first of all spirits. Living in our bodies, not the other way round.
About Jesus: Yes, he ate some fish in front of the disciples and showed Thomas his wounds. He also disappeared again. What was going on? I hope to find out when I die!
Have you read anything about the Indian yogis? They do strange things too. But Europe has also had saints who did unusual things, and of course some got burnt at the stake.
Humans are very stupid a lot of the time. Keep your faith in God and keep loving Jesus for the wonderful person he was. Whatever happened to him after the cross.
