Yes, I went overboard. I do not despise science, as long as it takes it's proper place alongside aesthetic and mechanical formats. To push science sounds like proselytizing, which is what religion and politics do. It is a neccessary boon to a technical age of wonders, but putting it first leaves room for contenders.
