For discussions on all matters relating to personal development, religion, philosophy, psychology and so on.
Wil you please, please, stop all this talk of anger, upset, etc. I have severe sight loss. Almost all the interests and activities I would like to have followed in retirement had to be put aside, discussion groups being one of the main ones. There was one group locally but it was all political and became so boring. Fortunately, I found message boards and belong to four, all of different character, where, using my specialised software, I can keep my interest alive. I NEVER get angry or upset or anything about what is said or discussed; the minute I ever found myself being so, I'd stop visiting them. Right, hope I don't have to say that again!!! Susan, is it just because of my biblical belief, that you seem so angry?
Please re-read my above response again several times!!Quote
Or is it any religion whatsoever? I'm just trying to wrap my mind around your angry ranting against the way that I think or against anyone who doesn't seem to think and feel the way that you do.
And once more for luck!Quote
The only thing that I have seen, so far, that you didn't seem angry about
I find the phrase 'believe in' a slightly puzzling one. All the things I have faith in and believe are backed up by objective evidence.Quote
was the one responding to me about me feeling like I offended you. What exactly is it that you believe in, anyway?
