In order for something to be a sin, a person needs to know the action is wrong BEFORE taking the action. The requirement is both that the action is a sinful action, but the person KNOWS it is a sinful action. There are significant challenges in forgiving sins which are not actually sins from a technical standpoint (which does matter, as Susan often points out to me).
Will both the homeless person and the billionaire burn FOREVER IN HELL unless they are baptised Christians, confessing their sins?
