Yes, we shouldn't digress to much, but this passage of yours reminded me even more of E. Tolle. I'm afraid I may have sold him short in my inadequate summary.

I would be interested to know more of you view these sorts of things, but for now I will leave off with one question:

Are you able to get yourself centered at this level and maintain it without confining yourself to one place, in a chair or on a yoga mat? Can you get to this level of awareness and go about town, having the experience as you do things?
