Eddie, I like what you say here. Why we are so violent and greedy is hard to explain, but it can't all be the fault of priests.

I have a book, published in 1998, called GUNS, GERMS AND STEEL by Jared Diamond. Subtitle: A short history of everybody for the last 13,000 years.
I might read it again. Very thick book. Have you read it? It won a science book prize.
