I just learned, minutes ago, that free will has a conditional aspect to it. One of our drivers misplaced a cellphone. The number was called. It was not on the inside of the vehicle, but on the roof of the car.
It is the same old problem: we don't "see" something WHEN IT'S NOT IN OUR MIND FIRST. Haven't you driven by a store, even for a long time, and have never seen it until you actually LOOK AT IT, even for the first time?
That is a conditional freedom that is contingent upon an open mind, that is a sensory experience coming to oneself in any moment. It has made all NEW THINGS a condition of sensory experience: thus, what one senses is contingent upon a peculiar sensitivity in any situation that comes to one's receptivity.
This is as true a fact that I can summarize at this juncture. I thought it would be good to share it here.
