Too bad the CMB is useless, it is not really cosmic, nor proof of any big bang, but as said that is another discussion, no point in discussing that, waste of time.
I can point a flaw in reasoning, or an assumption that was made , it is here bolded>
The space between the stars and the galaxies appears to us as void and black, but in reality it is permeated
by a background radiation, an electromagnetic radiation that is not determined by the bodies that surround it
and which is considered the proof of the Big Bang. In this radiation, says Hawking, there are particularities
that confirm the existence of infinite other universes, and that could be identified if we launched a
spaceship equipped with special sensors in space.
Any and all EM is produced by matter, this matter is in our Universe, it is not proof of a big bang, it is only prove of radiation, saying that a big bang caused it is the assumption.
Further, what "particularities"?, how can normal radiation be used to confirm the existence of other universes, how can you see something VERY LARGE in something as small as radiaton, this is not possible.. another reasoning flaw. Only 1 universe is observed, if you observe something novel that is still part of our 1 Universe... that is logic and scientific, to propose something incredulous is not.
