Technically, I would answer that we would either be speaking German or learningthe lesser-known art of rice cultivation. But I am not convinced.

Tell the truth, I think that the rest of the world would have fought back against aggressors. Darwin would have won out to begin with (survival of the fittest), but it is very likely that something hugely constructive would have come out of defeat. None of the pussy-footing around sensitive issues that we are seeing these days. I am talking not about either capitalism or communism, but a development of alternative ideas that I'd be struggling to put over in words.

Perhaps a new stage in the development of civilisation .... who knows?
At the moment, I believe that we are in a bit of a stagnant period - the Reds are gone, as are the fascists (contrary to thinking that proscribes to NWO conspiracy theories ;-j )
