These are falsifiable, observable, and reproducible. It's science.
You on the other hand are claiming something fundamental to human identity has gone unknown for 100,000 years and only know identifiable when the ideological need arises, but not falsifiable.
Islam hasn't changed since the 7th century. There is no governing moderating body. There is Mohammad, who is viewed as perfect humanity. Meanwhile he married an 8 year old, instructed followers to take sex slaves, and beheaded captives as a warlord.
