Both parties are responsible for institutional racism and the topic is about how that is affecting the black community as seen in law enforcement. Obviously, a conversation you don’t want to see happen as you have successfully managed to make it about proving to Buck’s standards that instructional racism plays a role in our modern government. A standard which we see you could have provided yourself without diverting the topic to of course, yourself.
You are sadly wrong, this is about endemic, institutional racism in law enforcement throughout America. [grahamhancock.com]
What's your evidence for "endemic, institutional racism?" Is it fact or feeling based? If fact, then what facts? If feelings.... well.... [grahamhancock.com]
Please clarify again why I must agree with Thomas Sowell if I’m going to use him to point out your deception and hypocrisy.
Ya know, just for shits and giggles.

You neither rejected or exposed anything Buck and it was your response to O Captain that lead me to conclude you don’t believe in “institutional racism”.
