Nothing wrong with being an introvert. You might just be experiencing the joys of a 'fresh start'. The mundane aspects of a smaller community would slowly seep in and probably reduce that transitional feeling. You know how it works in a small town. Everyone knows everyone elses business so you lose some privacy.

But the big city sardine experience, actually generates MORE anonymity as a coping mechanism of being so surrounded. And with that, you see some ugly sides of people that you don't see in small town atmospheres.

I think smaller communities are a more healthy social atmosphere for humanity, but it has its drawbacks too.
