A) If Medicare was the primary insurer for everybody all practitioners would be a participating providers.

B) The reason a medical practice has high administration costs in regard to insurance presently is because there are so many different carriers with so many different policies that cover costs so differently and tend to deny payment when forms are filled out incorrectly regardless of the significance of the error.
